What you're going to do

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you are the technical backbone of complex, high-impact projects. You translate client requirements into innovative concepts and develop them together with Engineers and Junior Engineers into high-quality solutions. Your focus is entirely on the technical integrity and content-driven success of each project. Your key responsibilities include:

Developing design concepts based on client requirements, including your own technical analyses.
Engineering detailed constructions with attention to quality, cost, manufacturability, safety, and lead time.
Acting as the main point of contact and sparring partner on complex engineering challenges.
Reviewing the work of fellow engineers and guiding them through technically demanding tasks.
Performing strength calculations and risk analyses in accordance with the Machinery Directive and CE certification requirements.
Identifying and resolving deviations to continuously improve project outcomes.
Clearly communicating with stakeholders on progress and required timelines.

What are you bringing?

You are an expert in your field who enjoys sharing knowledge and guiding others through your thought process. In addition, you bring:

At least 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
A bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Deep knowledge of 3D design tools such as SolidWorks and/or Inventor.
A results-oriented, precise, and proactive mindset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
The ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems.
