What you're going to do

As a Mechanical Engineer, you play a key role in turning technical challenges into innovative solutions. You will apply your engineering expertise to bring complex concepts to life, working on exciting projects across various industries such as food production and recycling. Your responsibilities will include:

Translating client requirements into workable concepts, including technical analysis and substantiated design choices.
Developing constructions with a focus on quality, cost, manufacturability, safety, and lead time.
Delivering accurate technical drawings and complete functional specifications.
Supporting the realization of products and machine components.
Managing your own planning and monitoring project progress.
Identifying and resolving deviations, while contributing to process optimizations.
Actively promoting Amstel Engineering’s vision and way of working.

What are you bringing?

You are an ambitious and detail-oriented engineer who takes responsibility and wants to grow within a dynamic technical environment. You also have:

A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and 2–3 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in engineering.
Experience with 3D software packages such as SolidWorks and/or Inventor.
A desire to develop into a Senior Engineer or Project Lead.
A results-driven mindset with a strong eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
