Before satellites are launched into space, they are tested by the client in a thermal vacuum chamber. The original procedure, manually pushing the satellites onto a transport cart, was time-consuming and prone to error. The client was looking for an automated solution that would seamlessly integrate with their existing transport systems, without requiring any modifications.

Custom automated trolley

We developed a self-contained, automated trolley based on friction drive. The system is capable of handling high lifting forces, offers extremely precise rail-based positioning, and features an intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI). All components are cleanroom-compatible and engineered for maximum reliability.
