A complete egg incubation line, custom-built to client specifications
For this project, we provided full support through an outsourced engineering collaboration. With a flexible team of 4 to 10 engineers, we were able to align the design closely with the project specifications defined in consultation with the client.
We carried out motor capacity and strength calculations and delivered a machine line that meets CE certification standards. The client was actively involved during key stages, allowing us to develop a practical and technically reliable solution.
From standalone machines to an integrated system
This project was realized by:
- Assembling a unique machine line from individual machines within the client’s existing product portfolio.
- Collaborating in a hybrid setup both on-site at the client and from our own office.
- Using Vault to manage and document the entire process.
- Prioritising flexibility and transparency, enabling both us and the client to adapt quickly to new insights.
