Concept Development
The Start of the Process
We begin by creating rapid idea sketches and design drawings. To arrive at innovative and effective solutions, we conduct structured brainstorming sessions. This includes using techniques such as morphological charts and the Harris Profile. These methods enable us to generate a wide range of ideas.
Refining and Assessing Ideas
Once various ideas have been generated, our team of experts will collaborate to further explore and refine them. Feasibility and profitability are key considerations in this phase. We also critically evaluate each concept against technical, quality, and financial requirements.
Mechanical Design Evaluation
After developing the initial mechanical design, a thorough evaluation and discussion follows with you as the client. During this evaluation, we jointly select the best solution, supported by practical insights into design for manufacturing and assembly.
