Based in Woerden, centrally located in the Randstad, we serve a wide range of clients as part of the Neitraco Group, helping them solve their technical challenges with tailored engineering solutions.

Our flexible engineers can be deployed on-site or in-house, and we take full ownership of projects, from production to installation. Our history

1996

The start of an international engineering firm

The Dutch market had become too small, international ambitions took over. In 1996, Neitraco took its first steps across the border with the founding of ToMach Engineering, establishing a strong bridge between the Netherlands and Belgium and significantly expanding its expertise

1987

Amstel Engineering: A growing success since 1987

On August 10, 1987, we opened our doors along the Amstel River, marking the start of a rapidly growing engineering partner. What began as a collaboration with Fokker expanded to serve various markets and clients. A history shaped by innovation, collaboration, and solving complex challenges.

1979

The Neitraco Group

The world was ready for a new approach. The Neitraco Group was born. With a passion for engineering and entrepreneurial vision, the group grew rapidly founding new companies and acquiring existing ones. The family expanded but remained close-knit. A true family business.

1971

From drawing board to fabrication

This marked the start of full-service support. In 1971, Famag Machinefabriek was founded. While Neitraco Engineering handled design challenges, Famag provided manufacturing. Even in 2016, this remains an efficient and unique combination.

1961

Founding of Neitraco Engineering

Outsourcing engineering was not a common practice in 1961. Many companies founded technical schools to handle engineering tasks in-house, but this carried risks, as engineering was not their core business. Neitraco seized this opportunity and founded its own engineering firm, with immediate success. Soon, the office was filled with engineers behind drawing boards.

2022

Amstel Engineering: new home in Woerden

Since August 2022, we’ve been operating from a modern and centrally located office in Woerden, offering excellent accessibility and free parking. Our new location features spacious workstations, a fully equipped prototyping area, and an inspiring green workspace, allowing us to grow further and serve our clients even better.
